IMPACT Physical Medicine will accept returns or exchanges on all products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in like new condition or unopened condition for liquids and gels. If your item was defective or damaged during shipping please contact customer service within 10 days of receiving the package. Contact customer service at email@example.com or (651) 646-7246.
To get the return process started please contact customer service. After you have made contact with customer service and confirmed that you would like to make a return you will be emailed a PDF of your prepaid shipping label. Simply repackage your shipment and tape the new label over the old label on the box. Next you can drop the package in your mailbox or drop the package off at the post office.
Your original shipping cost will not be refunded and your return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Your item must be returned in like new condition, unless customer service has confirmed with you the item was damaged or defective upon delivery. In the instance of a defective product or an item damaged during shipping you will not be charged for return shipping.
At IMPACT we are happy to exchange products for you. In an exchange you will not be refunded your initial shipping cost and the cost of your return shipping will be deducted from your store credit. IMPACT will cover the cost of shipping your new item out to you.
The return or exchange of your item will not be processed until after IMPACT has received the package. You can use the tracking number with your return shipment to confirm the return delivery status. IMPACT will send you an email letting you know that we received your item and the status of the refund or store credit.
Please carefully make sure that your shipping address has been entered into your order correctly. If you notice any mistakes after your order is complete please email us immediately with the correction at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we do receive back a package from the postal service due to an address error, you will be responsible for the cost of having to ship out the package a second time.
IMPACT is currently only shipping orders within the United States of America. When you place your order you will have access to three different shipping options:
Local Pickup- If you live in the Twin Cities metro area you have the option of retrieving your order free of charge at our clinic. Free parking is also included, just bring in your ramp pass and ask to have it stamped, during your pickup. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Priority Mail- Is a shipping service through the USPS. In most cases your package will arrive in 2 to 3 days of being shipped.
Priority Mail Express- Is the fastest shipping service offered by the USPS and your package is guaranteed to arrive in 1 to 3 days.
Once your order is placed it usually takes 1 to 2 business days to get your order fulfilled and shipped out to you.
